Scene I found on YouTube. The uploader doesn't know where it's from. Language sounds French (definitely a European scene of some kind). Looks like it's 1970's, possibly 1980's.
The assailant is a blonde woman. She tricks a dark haired woman into breathing chloroform. Dark haired woman faints and is thrown into a car. She's chloroformed once more just as she's waking up.
The blonde woman sprays the chloroform from an atomizer.
