A Japanese girl, dressed in a red sweater, white jacket and leather boots, gives chase to someone at night. She finds an empty bag left on the street. While investigating the bag, a man approaches her from behind. The girl is chloroformed in a lengthy scene. The camera pans across as she struggles. At the end, she lays groggy on the ground trying to get a good look at her assailant. She finally passes out for good. Great scene!
