This is from the Lupin the 3rd Italian Adventure anime series; the episode is titled "Zapping Operation". In this episode, the daughter of Agent Nyx gets kidnapped by slavers who want to sell her to prostitution. The kidnappers lead her to an alleyway and chloroform her. They put her in the trunk of a car. Later, Lupin and his gang steal the car and discover the girl in the trunk, bound and tape gagged. A very well animated scene!
